There is always so much conversation about female nudes, as if men don't much factor into the conversation. In my work I photograph mainly men, but women are anything but forgotten. I work with women who are more about their wholeness than their holeness. If a woman comes to me with her butt pushed out backwards and wearing a hand bra I refer her to my heterosexual friends. If a woman comes to me with grace and overwhelming sensuality then I take pictures of her. As you can well imagine, the field is sometimes limited depending on where I'm living. At the same time I have no problem finding some of the world's most beautiful men to photograph. I'm lucky. And my being gay has everything and nothing to do with it all at the same time.
